摘要

油田注水过程中,注水管柱在下入、坐封、注水、停注等工况下切换,会受压力、温度变化的影响,导致其在不同状态下的管柱形变量不同,进而造成管柱频繁蠕动,对锚定器、封隔器等井下工具产生轴向力,影响管柱的长效密封.目前,常用的补偿器为液压启动的方式,下入时因压力激动或封隔器坐封,会出现提前启动的情况.因此,文章研制自启式高温管柱蠕动补偿器,锁定机构采用可溶材料,通过可溶锁块的自溶解特性来启动补偿功能,使其不易受到油管内压力变化的影响,同时采用石墨密封,有效解决了高压动密封问题.

Abstract

During the process of oil field injection,the injection string will be changed under the conditions of running,setting,injection and injection stop,which will be affected by the change of pressure and temperature,resulting in the different shape variables of the injection string under different conditions,which will cause frequent creep of the pipe string,generate axial force on downhole tools such as anchors and packers,and affect the long-term sealing of the pipe string.At present,the commonly used compensator is the way of hydraulic starting,which will start in advance due to pressure excitement or packer setting.Therefore,this paper developed a self-opening high temperature pipe string creep compensator.The locking mechanism uses soluble materials,and the compensation function is activated by the self-dissolution characteristics of the soluble lock block,so that it is not susceptible to the influence of pressure changes in the tubing.At the same time,graphite seal is used to effectively solve the problem of high pressure dynamic seal.
