摘要

为提高大型无齿轮驱动球磨机的安装质量,减小结构安装误差,开展大型无齿轮驱动球磨机安装技术及质量控制方法研究.通过设立基准点、调整轴瓦、安装定子、安装定子绕组与转子电极,完成球磨机的安装,并在安装过程中控制安装质量.通过对安装后的球磨机进行质量检验,得出所提出的安装技术能够将各个结构的安装误差控制在规定范围内,有利于球磨机运行质量的提升.

Abstract

In order to improve the installation quality of large gearless driven ball mill and reduce the structural installation error,the installation technology and quality control method of large gearless driven ball mill were studied.By setting the reference point,adjusting the bearing shell,installing the stator,installing the stator winding and rotor electrode,the installation of the ball mill is completed,and the installation quality is controlled in the installation process.Through quality inspection of the ball mill after installation,it is concluded that the proposed installation technology can control the installation error of each structure within the specified range,which is conducive to the improvement of the running quality of the ball mill.
