摘要
随着智能制造技术的不断发展和应用,传统的生产制造过程正经历着巨大的变革.在这一变革过程中,纸箱包装机械作为生产线的重要组成部分,其电气设计的创新应用显得尤为重要.因此,在论述纸箱包装机械电气设计的基础上,从数据采集与分析和人机交互界面的优化两个方面出发,探讨基于智能制造的纸箱包装机械电气设计创新,并结合智能制造的特点,分析其在纸箱包装机械电气设计创新应用过程中的挑战与对策,助力纸箱包装行业向智能制造转型.
Abstract
With the continuous development and application of intelligent manufacturing technology,the traditional production and manufacturing process is undergoing tremendous changes.In this process of transformation,as an important component of the production line,the innovative application of electrical design in cardboard packaging machinery is particularly important.Therefore,based on the discussion of the electrical design of cardboard packaging machinery,this paper explores the innovation of electrical design of cardboard packaging machinery based on intelligent manufacturing from two aspects:data collection and analysis,and optimization of human-computer interaction interface.Combining the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing,it analyzes the challenges and countermeasures in the application process of electrical design innovation of cardboard packaging machinery,and helps the cardboard packaging industry to transform towards intelligent manufacturing.
