摘要
文章针对智能矿山提出一种高效、可靠的煤矿带式输送机负载监测技术.通过综合考虑煤矿环境特点和测量精度要求,选用光纤光栅力传感器实现载荷信息的实时采集.采用小波变换与经验模态分解相结合的方法对载荷数据进行预处理,并结合自适应卡尔曼滤波算法实现数据融合与优化.搭建实验平台开展静态标定和动态工况测试,结果表明该技术具有较高的测量精度、良好的动态性能和可靠性.
Abstract
This paper presents an efficient and reliable load monitoring technology for coal mine belt conveyor for intelligent mine.By considering the characteristics of coal mine environment and the requirement of measurement accuracy,the FBG force sensor is used to collect the load information in real time.The method of wavelet transform and empirical mode decomposition is used to preprocess the load data,and the data fusion and optimization are realized by combining the adaptive Kalman filter algorithm.The experimental platform is set up to carry out static calibration and dynamic testing.The results show that the technology has high measurement accuracy,good dynamic performance and reliability.
