摘要
针对水控多喷孔减压阀在实际应用中容易发生堵塞的问题,文章提出一套完整的防堵塞设计方案.通过选择耐腐蚀、耐磨材料,采用电解抛光和物理气相沉积涂层处理,优化喷孔布置方式和形状,设计流线型流道,以及引入高压冲洗、超声波振动等自清洁装置,有效降低杂质沉积和堵塞风险.最后,通过实验验证该设计方案的有效性.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that water control multi-orifice reducing valve is prone to clogging in practical application,a complete anti-clogging design scheme is proposed in this paper.By selecting corrosion resistant and wear-resistant materials,electrolyzing polishing and physical vapor deposition coating treatment,optimizing the arrangement and shape of spray holes,designing streamlined flow channels,and introducing self-cleaning devices such as high-pressure flushing and ultrasonic vibration,the risk of impurity deposition and blockage is effectively reduced.Finally,the effectiveness of the design scheme is verified by experiments.
