海洋石油平台吊机吊臂的结构优化设计研究

摘要
针对海洋石油平台吊机吊臂结构现存的问题,提出一种新型吊臂结构优化设计方案.通过拓扑优化和轻量化设计优化主体结构,采用谐波传动与精密回转轴承优化旋转机构,采用多级液压缸与柔性绳索优化提升机构,采用模块化组合式滑轮组优化滑轮系统.实验结果表明,优化设计的吊臂结构各项性能指标均满足设计标准,有效提升了吊机的起重性能和可靠性.
Abstract
In view of the existing problems of the boom structure of offshore oil platform crane,this paper proposes a new type of boom structure optimization design scheme.The main structure is optimized by topology optimization and lightweight design,the rotating mechanism is optimized by harmonic drive and precision rotary bearing,and the lifting mechanism is optimized by multi-stage hydraulic cylinder and flexible rope,the modular combined pulley group is used to optimize the pulley system.The experimental results show that the performance indexes of the optimized boom meet the design standards,and the lifting performance and reliability of the crane are effectively improved.
