摘要

文章针对服务器电源外壳注塑件的模具进行设计,为了提高注塑模具设计的效率和质量,利用Moldflow进行模流分析,并对充填时间、冷却分析、翘曲变形等开展预测评估.经过模流分析,产品成型最大翘曲变形量为 0.440 6 mm,冷却水路温差小于3℃,符合塑件生产技术要求.依据模流分析结果进行模具结构设计,采用侧浇口进料一模两腔型腔布局,设置定模直流循环水路和动模隔板水路,设计推杆联合斜销内抽芯的脱模方式,以及弹簧先复位机构等.

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the injection mold design,Moldflow was used for mold flow analysis,and the filling time,cooling analysis,warping deformation and other prediction and evaluation were carried out.After mold flow analysis,the maximum warpage deformation of the product molding is 0.440 6 mm,and the temperature difference of the cooling waterway is less than 3℃,which meets the technical requirements of plastic production.According to the results of mold flow analysis,the mold structure was designed.The layout of the cavity with one mold and two cavities was adopted,the DC circulation channel of the fixed mold and the partition water channel of the moving mold were set up,and the demounding mode of the push rod combined with the inner core pulling of the inclined pin was designed,and the spring pre-reset mechanism was designed.
