设计一种高效精密快夹平口钳,无须旋转螺杆即可快速夹紧和释放工件,旨在突破传统平口钳在操作效率和精度上的局限性.高效精密快夹平口钳主要结构包括底座、调节滑块、微调机构及连杆系统,其中微调机构和连杆机构的创新提高了夹持精度和速度,操作简便高效.设计的精密快夹平口钳实际应用步骤简单,适用于多个相同尺寸工件的加工夹持,可提高工作效率和操作便捷性.
Abstract
This paper presents a design for an efficient and precise quick-clamping vise,aiming to address the limitations of traditional vises in terms of operational efficiency and accuracy.which can quickly clamp and release the workpiece without rotating the screw,The main components of efficient and precise quick-clamping vise include the base,adjustment slide,trimming mechanism and linkage system.Innovations in the micro-adjustment mechanism and linkage system enhance clamping precision and speed while ensuring simplicity and efficiency in operation.The practical application steps are straightforward,making it suitable for clamping multiple workpieces of the same size and thereby improving work efficiency and operational convenience.
