摘要
针对垃圾焚烧发电锅炉省煤器安装过程中存在的精度低、效率差等问题,设计一种基于物联网技术的智能化安装系统.该系统通过多种高精度传感器实时采集安装过程中的关键参数,结合先进的数据处理算法和智能控制策略,实现省煤器安装的精确定位和自动调整.实验结果表明,与传统人工安装方法相比,该系统显著提高了安装精度,大幅提升了安装效率,同时减少了人力成本.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low precision and low efficiency in the installation of coal economizer of waste incineration power generation boiler,an intelligent installation system based on Internet of Things technology is designed.The system collects the key parameters in the process of installation in real time by a variety of high-precision sensors,combines advanced data processing algorithm and intelligent control strategy,realizes the precise positioning and automatic adjustment of the economizer installation.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional manual installation method,the system significantly improves the installation accuracy,greatly improves the installation efficiency,and reduces the labor cost.
