摘要
在水处理领域,管路铺设和流向控制至关重要.合理的管路铺设和流向控制,能够节省空间、实现集中控制和满足多样化安装场景需求.为此,设计一款多管道水流控制装置,实现水处理设备管路间的协同作业.首先,根据不同管路需求,采用Solidworks软件设计多管道水流控制装置.其次,利用Inspire有限元分析软件进行流体仿真,得出 80 s前参数变化较大、80 s后水流趋向稳定的分布规律.最后,运用增材制造技术打印出相关零部件并进行装配,进行通流检验,验证设计的可行性.
Abstract
In the field of water treatment,piping and flow control are crucial.Proper pipe laying and flow direction control can save space,implement centralized control,and meet diverse installation scenarios.Therefore,a multi-pipe water flow control device is designed to realize the cooperative operation between the pipes of water treatment equipment.First,according to different pipeline requirements,the multi-pipeline flow control device is designed using Solidworks software.Secondly,Inspire finite element analysis software is used for fluid simulation,and the distribution law of water flow tends to be stable after 80 s while the parameters changed greatly before 80 s.Finally,the additive manufacturing technology is used to print out the relevant parts and assemble them,and then the flow test is carried out to verify the feasibility of the design.
