摘要
多管道多箱体系统中管道林立、布局复杂,对管道直线的准确度有严格的规定.管道直线的精准度影响系统安装的效率和使用效果,因此分析导致管道直线度偏差的因素与纠正方法至关重要.针对多管道多箱体系统联接直线度误差问题,从制造过程、装配过程、环境因素以及其他多种因素系统分析误差根源,提出具体的修正方案,旨在为提升多管道多箱体系统的装配精确性提供参考.
Abstract
In a multi-pipe and multi-box system,there are numerous pipes with complex layouts,and strict regulations are imposed on the accuracy of pipe straight lines.The accuracy of pipe straightness affects the efficiency and effectiveness of system installation,so it is crucial to analyze the factors that cause pipe straightness deviation and correct them.Aiming at the problem of straightness error in the connection of multi-pipe and multi-box systems,this paper systematically analyzes the root causes of errors from the manufacturing process,assembly process,environmental factors,and other multiple factors,and proposes specific correction plans,aiming to provide reference for improving the assembly accuracy of multi-pipe and multi-box systems.
