在煤矿行业,机械设备的效率和安全性直接影响生产力和工人的生命安全.随着技术的进步,智能制造已成为提高煤矿机械性能和可靠性的关键.智能制造将最新的信息技术和传统制造技术相结合,通过数字化设计、仿真技术和数据驱动的决策支持,实现煤矿机械设计的优化和自动化.因此,系统探讨智能制造在煤矿机械数字化设计中的应用,从数字化设计需求出发,详细分析技术仿真、设计建模及数据驱动的决策支持如何共同作用于提升设计质量和工作效率.
Abstract
In the coal mining industry,the efficiency and safety of mechanical equipment directly affect productivity and the safety of workers.With the advancement of technology,intelligent manufacturing has become a key way to improve the performance and reliability of coal mine machinery.Intelligent manufacturing combines the latest information technology and traditional manufacturing technology,achieving optimization and automation of coal mine machinery design through digital design,simulation technology,and data-driven decision support.This article systematically explores the application of intelligent manufacturing in the digital design of coal mine machinery.Starting from the requirements of digital design,it analyzes in detail how technology simulation,design modeling,and data-driven decision support work together to improve design quality and work efficiency.
