摘要

汽轮机汽缸中的高温高压蒸汽经常会造成汽缸发生较大形变,导致汽缸中分面密封性变差,出现漏气现象.因此,新设计的汽缸都会进行水压试验,保证汽缸的强度与气密性.文章采用新开发的高效抽背机型CB18-8.83/2.6/1.081 的外缸进行水压试验分析,建立三维模型,利用ANSYS对其进行有限元分析,并确定水压试验分腔室的方案,提升运行中汽缸的安全性和可靠性.

Abstract

The high temperature and high pressure steam in the turbine cylinder will often cause large deformation of the cylinder,resulting in the deterioration of the sealing of the surface in the cylinder and air leakage.Therefore,the hydraulic test is carried out on the newly designed cylinder to ensure the strength and air tightness of the cylinder.In this paper,the external cylinder of the newly developed efficient extraction type CB18-8.83/2.6/1.081 is used for hydraulic test analysis,the three-dimensional model is established,the finite element analysis is carried out by using ANSYS,and the scheme of hydraulic test chamber is determined,so as to improve the safety and reliability of the cylinder in operation.
