摘要
车身设计决定着新能源汽车的性能,在保证安全性的前提下,车身的质量越轻,越有利于新能源汽车性能和续航里程的提高.基于此,文章探讨基于轻量化设计的新能源汽车车身设计方法.通过进行结构化设计、有限元分析、合理选择车身材料和优化车身结构,达到最佳的结构性能和轻量化效果,并评价轻量化结构设计,衡量车身轻量化设计的效果.期望文章所提出的车身轻量化设计方法能够为新能源汽车车身设计提供参考,推动新能源汽车行业可持续发展.
Abstract
Absrtact:The body design determines the performance of new energy vehicles.While ensuring safety,the lighter the body weight,the more beneficial it is for improving the performance and range of new energy vehicles.Based on this,the article explores the design method of new energy vehicle body based on lightweight design.By conducting structured design,finite element analysis,rational selection of vehicle body materials,and optimization of vehicle body structure,the best structural performance and lightweight effect can be achieved,and the lightweight structural design can be evaluated to measure the effectiveness of vehicle body lightweight design.It is expected that the lightweight design method proposed in the article can provide reference for the design of new energy vehicle bodies and promote the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry.
