摘要
海上环境复杂,风电机组箱式变压器控制柜散热难度大.为此,文章对海上风场风电机组箱式变压器控制柜进行散热优化设计,通过增设散热装置、引入强制冷风技术、优化主变室进风口与出风口、优化控制柜结构,增强箱式变压器控制柜的散热能力和稳定性.实验结果表明,所提出的优化方法能够显著提高控制柜的散热效率,保证箱式变压器控制柜稳定工作.
Abstract
The offshore environment is complex,and it is difficult for wind turbine box-type transformer control cabinet to dissipate heat.To this end,the paper carried out heat dissipation optimization design for the box-type transformer control cabinet of wind turbines in offshore wind farm.By adding cooling devices,introducing forced cold air technology,optimizing the inlet and outlet of the main transformer room,optimizing the structure of the control cabinet,the heat dissipation capacity and stability of the box-type transformer control cabinet were enhanced.The experimental results show that the proposed optimization method can significantly improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the control cabinet and ensure the stable operation of the box-type transformer control cabinet.
