摘要
为了保障齿轮箱的稳定运行,开展预防性养护是极为必要的.为此,文章提出风力发电机组齿轮箱预防性养护技术.针对风力发电机组齿轮油泵过载异常和齿轮油温度过高的故障进行分析,阐述故障诱因和作用机理,并结合分析结果设计预防性养护方案,该方案能够有效保障风力发电机组齿轮箱荷载和温度稳定在允许范围内.
Abstract
In order to ensure the stable operation of the gear box,it is very necessary to carry out preventive maintenance.Therefore,this paper puts forward the preventive maintenance technology of wind turbine gear box.The failure of gear oil pump overload anomaly and high gear oil temperature of wind turbine is analyzed,the cause and mechanism of failure are expounded,and a preventive maintenance scheme is designed according to the analysis results,which can effectively ensure that the gear box load and temperature of wind turbine are stable within the allowable range.
