方形箱体结构复杂、焊缝数量多、缺陷类型多样,给传统的焊接质量检测方法带来了挑战,为此必须研发先进的检测技术和分析技术.多源信息融合技术依靠其全面性、准确性、智能化等优势,在焊接质量检测中展现出广阔的应用潜力.文章阐述多源信息融合技术在方形箱体焊接质量检测中的应用,旨在为相关研究者提供参考.
Abstract
The complex structure of the square box,the number of welds and the types of defects bring challenges to the traditional welding quality inspection methods,so it is necessary to develop advanced detection technology and analysis technology.Multi-source information fusion technology,with its advantages of comprehensiveness,accuracy and intelligence,has shown broad application potential in welding quality inspection.This paper describes the application of multi-source information fusion technology in the welding quality inspection of square box,aiming at providing reference for relevant researchers.
