摘要
文章阐述洋麻纤维汽车车厢内衬板的制造工艺流程,并通过实验系统分析纤维含量、树脂黏度和成型压强等工艺参数对材料性能的影响,最终获得洋麻纤维增强复合材料车厢内衬板的最佳工艺参数组合.结果表明,在优化的工艺参数条件下,复合材料车厢内衬板的力学性能和成型质量均达到最优水平.
Abstract
In this paper,the manufacturing process of linings made of linen fiber for automobile compartment is described,and the effects of the process parameters such as the content of the fiber,the viscosity of the resin and the forming pressure on the properties of the material are analyzed by the experimental system.The results show that the mechanical properties and forming quality of the composite liner can reach the optimal level under the optimized process parameters.
