摘要
针对传统采煤机在牵引、截割、运输等方面存在的问题,文章提出一种智能化改造方案.通过对牵引部采用永磁同步电机和模型预测控制、截割部采用双驱动双向旋转截割头、运输部采用高强度钢丝绳芯输送带和自动纠偏装置、液压系统采用变量柱塞泵和智能控制等措施,显著提升采煤机的作业性能.实验结果表明,改造后采煤机各项性能指标均优于传统采煤机,生产效率提高了27.2%,可靠性得到了大幅提升.
Abstract
This paper presents an intelligent upgrade plan for traditional coal mining machines to solve problems in traction,cutting,and transportation.The plan includes using a permanent magnet synchronous motor with model predictive control for traction,a dual-drive bidirectional cutting head for cutting,a high-strength steel wire core conveyor belt with an automatic alignment device for transportation,and a variable displacement pump with smart control for the hydraulic system.These changes greatly improve the machine's performance.Tests show that the upgraded machine outperforms traditional ones,with a 27.2%increase in efficiency and much higher reliability.
