盾构机设备安全增项改造浅析

摘要
针对盾构设备施工过程中存在的安全隐患进行深入研究,分析盾构设备增项改造并从实践中总结经验,提出相应的解决方案.改造和优化盾构设备,不仅可以提高施工效率,还可以有效降低事故风险.结合广州地铁 10 号线、合肥地铁 6 号线等项目,阐述盾构机施工设备增项改造的必要性和可行性,并分析盾构机施工安全隐患.实践表明,增项改造可以更加直接有效地了解施工情况,为施工过程中的安全隐患提供可行的解决方案,以期为盾构设备的施工安全提供一定参考.
Abstract
In view of the potential safety hazards in the construction process of shield equipment,the additional transformation of shield equipment is analyzed and continuously summarized from practice,and corresponding solutions are proposed.Through the transformation and optimization of shield equipment,it can not only improve construction efficiency,but also effectively reduce the risk of accidents;combined with Guangzhou metro line 10,Hefei metro line 6 and other projects,the necessity and feasibility of the additional transformation of the shield machine construction equipment were expounded,and the potential safety hazards of the shield machine in construction were analyzed.The practice shows that the additional transformation can more directly and effectively understand the construction situation,provide a feasible solution for the potential safety hazards in the construction process,and provide a certain reference for the construction safety of shield equipment.
