摘要
煤矿胶带输送机是煤矿生产中不可或缺的设备,作用是高效运输煤炭及其他物料.文章先概述煤矿胶带输送机的基本结构,然后详细分析常见故障的类型及成因,最后重点介绍故障处理技术,包括机械调整与修复技术、电气故障修复技术及高级故障诊断技术,旨在提高故障处理效率.
Abstract
Coal mine belt conveyor is an indispensable equipment in coal mine production,and its role is to efficiently transport coal and other materials.This paper first summarizes the basic structure of coal mine belt conveyor,then analyzes the types and causes of common faults in detail,and finally introduces the fault treatment technology,including mechanical adjustment and repair technology,electrical fault repair technology and advanced fault diagnosis technology,in order to improve the fault treatment efficiency.
