摘要
胶带输送机是现代工业生产中广泛使用的一种运输设备,其利用连续运行的带式输送系统来传送各种物料.胶带输送机清扫器是一种用于清除输送带上黏附的物料的重要装置.传统的清扫器存在诸多问题,如清扫效率低、维护频繁及部件磨损严重等.基于此,文章对胶带输送机清扫器进行技术改造,以提高清扫器的工作效率和降低维护成本.从改造目标和需求分析、关键技术的开发与应用,到部件设计与制造及改造实施与调试,全方位展示改造过程中的技术细节与实施步骤.
Abstract
Belt conveyor is a kind of transportation equipment widely used in modern industrial production,which uses continuous operation belt conveyor system to transfer various materials.The belt conveyor cleaner is an important device used to remove the material adhering to the conveyor belt.Traditional sweeper has many problems,such as low cleaning efficiency,frequent maintenance and serious component wear.Based on this,the paper carries on the technical transformation of the belt conveyor cleaner to improve the efficiency of the cleaner and reduce the maintenance cost.From the analysis of transformation objectives and requirements,the development and application of key technologies,to the design and manufacture of components and the implementation and debugging of transformation,the technical details and implementation steps in the transformation process are fully displayed.
