摘要
硬度测试是一种非破坏性的测试手段,操作简单、速度快、适用范围广,广泛应用于锅炉检验.作为能量转换的核心设备,电站锅炉的安全可靠与否直接影响整个电厂的生产效率与安全.锅炉长期运行在高温高压的环境下,且受到多种腐蚀性介质的共同作用.因此,锅炉材料性能会发生较大变化,需定期对其进行硬度测试,及时发现材料的潜在退化问题,防止重大事故的发生.文章将重点研究如何在电站锅炉检验中应用硬度检测技术.
Abstract
Hardness testing is a non-destructive testing means,easy to operate,fast,wide range of applications,is widely used in boiler inspection.As the core equipment of energy conversion,the safety and reliability of power plant boiler directly affect the efficiency and safety of the whole power plant.It is necessary to test the hardness of boiler material regularly because of the great change of material performance under the action of many kinds of corrosive media.Regular hardness test of boiler material is helpful to find the potential deterioration of material and prevent the occurrence of serious accidents.The article will focus on how to apply the hardness testing technology in the power plant boiler inspection.
