摘要
在数字化时代发展背景下,中国机械智能制造业急需利用数字技术革命释放的"红利",深化普及数控加工技术在产业发展中的应用.在系统解构数控加工技术概念与特征的基础上发现,数控加工技术具有实现高度自动化生产、提升零部件加工精度、增强全类目零部件加工普适性的特征.剖析数控加工技术在机械智能制造中的应用优势发现,其能够深化自动编程技术在零件机械加工领域的应用,并促使机械加工原有设备革新.最后,提出推动人工智能+区域链技术创新,优化生产流程+人才培训全流程,实现数控编程+数据采集全发展,以期深化普及机械智能制造数控加工技术,赋能"制造强国"建设.
Abstract
In the context of the development of the digital age,China's intelligent mechanical manufacturing industry urgently needs to utilize the"dividends"released by the digital technology revolution to deepen and popularize the application of computer numerical control machining technology in industrial development.On the basis of deconstructing the concepts and features of number control machining technology,number control machining technology has the characteristics of realizing highly automatic production,improving the machining precision of parts,and enhancing the universality of all kinds of parts.It can deepen the application of automatic programming technology in the field of parts machining and promote the innovation of the original equipment of machining.Finally,it is put forward to promote the technological innovation of artificial intelligence and regional chain,optimize the production process and whole process of personnel training,realize the development of number control programming and data collection,so as to deepen the popularization of number control machining technology in Mechanical Intelligent Manufacturing,enabling the building of a"manufacturing power".
