摘要

煤矿井下机电设备是保障煤矿生产安全和效率的关键,包括提升机、输送系统、通风机等多种设备.一旦这些机电设备发生故障,会出现生产停滞甚至人员伤亡的情况.物联网技术通过集成智能传感、数据分析、远程监控及预测性维护等现代技术手段,为煤矿井下机电设备的状态监测和故障诊断提供了新的解决方案.文章研究物联网技术在煤矿井下机电设备检测中的应用,包括智能传感技术、数据融合与分析、远程监控系统的应用.

Abstract

Mechanical and electrical equipment in underground coal mine is the key to ensure the safety and efficiency of coal mine production,including elevator,conveying system,fan and other equipment.Once these mechanical and electrical equipment fails,there will be production stagnation and even casualties.By integrating intelligent sensing,data analysis,remote monitoring,predictive maintenance and other modern technical means,the Internet of Things technology provides a new solution for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of underground mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines.This paper studies the application of Internet of Things technology in the detection of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines,including intelligent sensing technology,data fusion and analysis,and remote monitoring system.
