摘要
针对传统胶带运输机存在的跑偏、打滑、故障检测不及时等问题,提出一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的优化设计方案.优化设计方案对驱动装置、电气控制系统、安全保护装置等关键部件进行合理选型和参数优化,并引入仿真实验方法对设计方案进行验证.结果表明,优化后的胶带运输机能够有效提高输送效率,降低故障率,保障安全生产,具有良好的应用前景.
Abstract
This article addresses issues with traditional conveyor belts like misalignment,slipping,and delayed fault detection.It suggests an improved design using Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)control technology.The optimal design scheme makes reasonable selection and parameter optimization for the key components such as drive device,electric control system,safety protection device,etc..The results show that the optimized belt conveyor can effectively improve the conveying efficiency,reduce the failure rate and ensure safety in production,and has a good application prospect.
