摘要
文章依托某化纤企业的全拉伸丝(Fully Drawn Yarn,FDY)自动化包装线,设计基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的多机器人协同系统.集成西门子PLC与安川机器人,利用Profinet通信协议,实现两台工业机器人的高效协同控制.通过精心设计设备布局与机器人协同作业流程,显著提升生产效率和空间利用率.本研究验证了工业机器人协同作业在化纤行业的可行性,为行业自动化转型提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the Fully Drawn Yarn(FDY)automatic packaging line of a chemical fiber enterprise,this paper designs a multi-robot cooperative system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)control.The Siemens PLC and Yaskawa robot are integrated,and the Profinet communication protocol is used to achieve efficient collaborative control of two industrial robots.Through carefully designed equipment layout and robot collaborative work process,significantly improve production efficiency and space utilization.This study verified the feasibility of industrial robot collaborative work in chemical fiber industry,and provided a reference for industrial automation transformation.
