随着制造业的不断发展,数控加工技术因其高精度、高效率的特点在多个领域得到广泛应用.然而,传统数控加工方法在面对复杂加工环境时,存在适应性差和调控效率低的问题.深度学习技术在大数据处理和模式识别方面表现出色,为数控加工过程的实时调控提供了新思路.文章研究基于深度学习的数控加工过程实时调控方法,旨在通过数据采集、预处理、特征提取和参数优化,制定实时调控策略,提升数控加工的智能化和效率.
Abstract
With the continuous development of manufacturing industry,CNC machining technology has been widely used in many fields because of its high precision and high efficiency.However,the traditional CNC machining method has the problems of poor adaptability and low control efficiency in the face of complex machining environment.Deep learning technology performs well in big data processing and pattern recognition,providing new ideas for real-time control of CNC machining process.This paper studies the real-time control method of NC machining process based on deep learning,aiming to develop real-time control strategy through data acquisition,preprocessing,feature extraction and parameter optimization,so as to improve the intelligence and efficiency of NC machining.
