在制造业的精密加工领域,数控车床作为先进制造装备的代表,其加工精度直接影响着产品的性能、可靠性和市场竞争力.随着科技的进步和市场需求的日益增长,对数控车床加工精度的要求达到了前所未有的高度.文章深入探讨影响数控车床加工精度的因素,并在此基础上提出切实可行的改进策略,以期为制造业的高质量发展提供理论指导和技术支持.
Abstract
In the field of precision machining in manufacturing industry,CNC lathe as a representative of advanced manufacturing equipment,its processing accuracy directly affects the performance,reliability and market competitiveness of products.With the progress of science and technology and the growing market demand,the requirement for CNC lathe processing accuracy has reached an unprecedented height.This paper deeply discusses the factors that affect the machining accuracy of CNC lathes,and puts forward feasible improvement strategies on this basis,in order to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
