Turbine compressor is a key equipment in industrial production,its failure may lead to serious economic losses and safety risks.Therefore,a fault prediction and diagnosis scheme of turbine compressor based on fault tree analysis is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the main fault types and characteristics of turbine compressors are analyzed,and the basic principle of fault tree analysis is expounded.Secondly,the turbine compressor fault prediction and diagnosis scheme based on fault tree analysis is designed,including building fault tree model,calculating fault probability and making diagnosis decision.Finally,the performance of the scheme in fault prediction and diagnosis is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional method in fault prediction accuracy,early warning time and diagnosis accuracy,and can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of turbine compressor fault prediction and diagnosis.
