In order to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the boiler feed water pump,the key factors affecting the pump efficiency are analyzed,the optimized design scheme including the impeller structure,pump shell flow channel,sealing system,and bearing and support structure is proposed.The experimental results show that the comprehensive optimization scheme improves the hydraulic efficiency by 4.1 percentage points,reduces the axial power by 4.4%,and significantly reduces the vibration and noise levels.The research results provide a basis to improve the performance and reliability of the boiler feed water pump in the power station.
