摘要

通过理论研究、设计计算、比对分析以及试验分析,完成一套用于多曲面大深度钣金零件生产的成形模的设计和制造.设计一套氮气弹簧驱动的双层升降机构,以解决压料机构布置困难、成形过程板料偏移严重、压料不可靠的问题.通过设计计算和试验验证,精确控制回弹,使成形零件的尺寸和外形精度满足图纸要求.目前,该模具已成功应用于挖掘机油箱的批量生产,取得了良好的应用效果,大幅提升了挖掘机油箱的尺寸精度和成形质量.

Abstract

Through theoretical research,design calculation,comparison analysis and test analysis,a set of forming mold for the production of multi-curved sheet metal parts with large depth is designed and manufactured.A double-layer lifting mechanism driven by nitrogen spring is designed to solve the problems of difficult arrangement of the pressing mechanism,serious plate deviation and unreliable pressing during the forming process.Through the design calculation and test verification,the springback is precisely controlled,so that the size and contour accuracy of the formed parts can meet the requirements of the drawings.At present,the mold has been successfully applied to the mass production of the excavator oil tank,and has achieved good application results,greatly improving the dimensional accuracy and forming quality of the excavator oil tank.
