摘要

重型链式运输机在煤矿井下物料输送中发挥着重要作用,但恶劣工况导致其关键部件易发生故障.针对重型链式运输机链条、链轮、引导装置和减速机进行优化设计,通过材料选型、表面强化、结构优化等措施,有效提升关键部件的耐磨性、疲劳强度和传动效率.优化后的重型链式运输机运行平稳可靠,能耗明显降低,为实现煤矿安全高效开采提供了技术支撑.

Abstract

Heavy chain conveyors play a crucial role in the transportation of materials underground in coal mines,but harsh working conditions can easily cause key components to malfunction.This article focuses on the optimization design of heavy-duty chain conveyor chains,sprockets,guide devices,and reducers.Through measures such as material selection,surface strengthening,and structural optimization,the wear resistance,fatigue strength,and transmission efficiency of key components have been effectively improved.The optimized heavy-duty chain conveyor operates smoothly and reliably,with significantly reduced energy consumption,providing technical support for achieving safe and efficient mining in coal mines.
