摘要

在煤矿和其他地下工程中,液压支架的安装精度是确保安全生产和作业效率的关键因素之一.激光测距仪以其高精度和快速响应的特性,成为提升液压支架安装精度的重要工具.在液压支架安装中,使用激光测距仪可以实时监控和调整支架位置,确保每个支架都按照精确的位置和角度安装,从而大幅提高安装的安全性和效率.首先介绍激光测距仪的工作原理,其次阐述其在液压支架安装中的应用,最后分析基于激光测距仪的液压支架安装精度提升方案,包括准备工作、设备启动与初始化、精度检测与调整.

Abstract

In coal mines and other underground engineering,the installation accuracy of hydraulic support is one of the key factors to ensure safe production and operational efficiency.Laser rangefinder has become an important tool to improve the installation accuracy of hydraulic support because of its high precision and fast response.In hydraulic support installation,the laser rangefinder can be used to monitor and adjust the position of the support in real time,ensuring that each support is installed in accordance with the precise position and Angle,which greatly improves the safety and efficiency of the installation.Firstly,the working principle of laser rangefinder is introduced,then its application in the installation of hydraulic support is described,and finally,the installation accuracy improvement scheme of hydraulic support based on laser rangefinder is analyzed,including preparation work,equipment start-up and initialization,precision detection and adjustment.
