摘要

介绍了一种电动升降机构,用于垂直升降断路器的省力操作,实现利用电机驱动剪叉机构自动实现断路器的平稳升降,有效提高了操作效率及安全性.通过简化机构,对主要零部件进行受力分析,计算机构传动比,然后使用SolidWorks Simulation对关键结构进行静力学仿真,分析主要结构部件在极限位置承受载荷后的静应力,为关键零部件的设计校验及电机选型及控制奠定理论基础.

Abstract

This paper introduces a kind of electric lifting mechanism,used for the vertical lifting circuit breaker operation,realize the motor drive shear mechanism automatically realize the smooth lifting of the circuit breaker,effectively improve the operation efficiency and safety.By simplifying the mechanism,conducting the force analysis of the main components,calculating the transmission ratio of the mechanism,and then using SolidWorks Simulation to simulate the statics of the key structures,analyzing the static stress of the main structural components after the ultimate position of the load,laying the theoretical foundation for the design and verification of the key components and motor selection and control.
