With the rapid development of modern industry,the corrosion of metal materials is becoming more and more complex.Especially in the marine environment,high temperature and high humidity,the effectiveness of traditional anti-corrosion measures are limited.By analyzing the chromate passivation technology,trivalent chromium passivation technology and non-chromate passivation technology on the surface of hot-dip galvanizing,it is found that rare earth elements have special physical and chemical characteristics,it has become an important material to improve the corrosion resistance of metals.Rare Earth passivation technology as an environmental protection alternative in the field of metal corrosion protection is gradually becoming an important research direction,showing a broad application potential and development prospects.
