摘要

矿井压风系统是矿井生产的重要动力保障,其安全稳定运行有助于确保生产效率和矿工安全.随着开采深度增加和生产工艺复杂化,压风系统面临诸多挑战.针对矿井压风系统现存的问题,提出多项系统优化措施,包括管网布局优化、运行参数智能控制和空压机组合优化等,并在某煤矿进行实验,以验证优化措施的有效性.实验结果表明,优化后的压风系统在供气能力、空压机效率、管网压强损失、能耗和故障率等方面均有显著改善.这些优化措施不仅提高了系统的安全性和效率,也为矿山智能化发展提供了新思路.

Abstract

Mine air pressure system is an important power guarantee for mine production,and its safe and stable operation helps to ensure production efficiency and miners'safety.With the increase of mining depth and the complexity of production technology,the pressure air system faces many challenges.Aiming at the existing problems of the mine compressed air system,this paper puts forward a number of system optimization measures,including pipe network layout optimization,intelligent control of operating parameters and air compressor combination optimization,etc.,and conducts experiments in a coal mine to verify the effectiveness of the optimization measures.The experimental results show that the optimized compressed air system has significant improvement in air supply capacity,air compressor efficiency,pipe network pressure loss,energy consumption and failure rate.These optimization measures not only improve the safety and efficiency of the system,but also provide a new idea for the intelligent development of mines.
