The curvature parts are made of carbon fiber composite material by autoclave forming process.Due to the characteristics of the structure of the curvature part itself,the force distribution in the tank is not uniform,and the pressure in the R zone is larger than that in the flat zone.Therefore,the thickness of the cured part in the flat zone and the R zone is different,and the actual thickness in the R zone is smaller than that in the flat zone.Based on this,the paper analyzes the effects of material physical properties and parts structure on the thickness of R-zone.The results show that the larger the viscosity and content of the resin in the prepreg,the smaller the thickness deviation value of the R zone,and the larger the thickness deviation value of the vice versa.The larger the internal R value of the curvature part,the closer the force situation between the R region and the plate region,the closer the R-angle thickness is to the theoretical thickness.
