Aiming at the problems of insufficient anchorage force,stress concentration and low recovery efficiency of mechanical expansion recoverable bolt in coal mine roadway support,a set of structural performance optimization scheme is proposed.The innovative design of expansion sections,connection sections and recovery mechanisms,including multi-stage wedge structure,variable section connection and intelligent control recovery system,significantly improves the load bearing capacity,fatigue performance and long-term stability of the anchor rod.The test results show that the ultimate bearing capacity,fatigue life,creep characteristics and recovery efficiency of the optimized bolt are significantly improved.
