摘要

针对传统焊接工艺存在的焊接缺陷多、质量不稳定等问题,通过优化焊接参数,应用先进的焊接过程控制技术,结合传感器融合和深度学习方法,开发一种智能焊接质量检测系统.实验结果表明,优化后的焊接工艺不仅显著提高了焊接质量的一致性,而且大幅提升了智能检测系统的缺陷识别率和检测效率,使该智能焊接检测系统在提升焊接质量和生产效率方面表现出显著优势.

Abstract

This study investigates the quality control and detection techniques of welding processes in hydropower turbine manufacturing within modern manufacturing industries.Traditional welding processes exhibit numerous defects and unstable quality.By optimizing welding parameters and applying advanced welding process control technologies,combined with sensor fusion and deep learning methods,we developed an intelligent welding quality detection system.Experimental results show that the optimized welding process significantly improves the consistency of welding quality,and the intelligent detection system greatly enhances defect recognition rates and detection efficiency.Ultimately,this intelligent welding detection system demonstrates significant advantages in improving welding quality and production efficiency.
