This study proposes a welding process design based on thermal effects to address the issues of low efficiency and large deformation in the welding model of traditional point based aerospace composite forming Invar steel molds.By setting welding parameters, calculating deposition efficiency, setting swing weld seams and anti deformation angles, and combining the principle of thermal effects, welding efficiency is improved, and interlayer temperature adjustment and thermal accumulation comparison are used for welding treatment. The test results show that under the conditions of 1 430℃,1 570℃,and 1620℃,the thermal effect welding process has smaller welding deformation values compared to traditional processes, indicating that this process is more stable, efficient, and has practical application value.
