The ultra large explosion-proof trackless rubber wheeled vehicle for mines is a heavy-duty vehicle designed specifically for internal transportation in mines.It has the characteristic of being self driven without tracks and is widely used in the transportation of minerals and personnel.This type of vehicle must possess advanced explosion-proof safety technology due to its unique operating environment,such as narrow spaces,humid conditions,and flammable and explosive atmospheres.This article discusses in detail the safety management process of explosion-proof trackless rubber wheeled vehicles in super large mines.A systematic analysis and design are carried out from multiple aspects such as risk identification and evaluation,technical safety control,behavioral safety management,and emergency plan formulation.A comprehensive safety management measure is proposed to reduce the risk of accidents and optimize the safety performance of the mine transportation system.
