Welding and forming of metal materials is a key link in the field of mechanical manufacturing.Prevention and control of welding defects of metal materials is an important measure to improve the level of machinery manufacturing.In the welding operation of metal materials,it is easy to be affected by different factors and defects occur,which will reduce the quality of mechanical products.Based on this,the paper takes welding forming defects of metal materials as the research object,analyzes the types and causes of defects,and puts forward targeted prevention and control strategies and comprehensive prevention and control suggestions,so as to improve the technological level of welding forming of metal materials.
