摘要

某电厂 600 MW机组直流锅炉高温区域水冷壁管因产生横向裂纹而泄漏.经检查与分析,高温区域水冷壁管因壁温异常波动而产生热疲劳应力,再加上管壁在含硫腐蚀气氛下运行,在热疲劳应力和硫腐蚀气氛的共同作用下,锅炉水冷壁管向火侧管壁形成密集分布的腐蚀性热疲劳裂纹,裂纹扩展贯穿管壁导致该位置的水冷壁管泄漏.针对此类水冷壁管腐蚀性热疲劳裂纹,提出针对性防治措施.

Abstract

Water wall tube in high temperature area in the DC boiler of 600 MW unit of a power plant is leaking due to transverse cracks.Through inspection and analysis,it is concluded that the thermal fatigue stress of the water wall pipe in the high temperature area is caused by abnormal wall temperature fluctuation.Coupled with the operation of the pipe wall in a sulfur-containing corrosive atmosphere,under the joint action of the thermal fatigue stress and sulfur corrosive atmosphere,the dense distribution of corrosive thermal fatigue cracks are formed in the boiler water wall pipe towards the fire side wall,and the cracks spread through the pipe wall,leading to the leakage of the water wall pipe at this position.In view of the corrosive thermal fatigue crack of water-cooled wall pipe,the corresponding prevention measures are put forward.
