摘要

针对大型行星齿轮减速器的磨损失效问题展开深入研究,旨在提高其可靠性和延长其使用寿命.首先概述行星齿轮减速器的工作原理和结构组成,其次阐述磨损对减速器性能的影响,从材料、设计两大方面分析磨损的原因,并介绍磨损诊断的方法,最后提出材料选择、设计优化、环境改善等改进策略.

Abstract

The wear failure of large planetary gear reducer is studied in order to improve its reliability and prolong its service life.Firstly,the working principle and structure of the planetary gear reducer are summarized,and then the impact of wear on the performance of the reducer is described,the causes of wear are analyzed from the two aspects of material and design,and the methods of wear diagnosis are introduced.Finally,the improvement strategies such as material selection,design optimization and environment improvement are proposed.
