This paper focuses on the research of electrical automation in coal machinery and equipment,the problems of low accuracy of fault diagnosis,slow speed regulation by frequency conversion and lack of early warning and remote control ability in underground ventilation system and underground sump cleaning system are emphatically analyzed,it also proposes to adopt neural network intelligent control technology,introduce Siemens high-performance Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)to enhance the level of industrial automation,and introduce Siemens high-performance PLC.The results show that the method can effectively improve the precision of electrical automatic control system,shorten the response time,and provide technical support for mine safety.
