摘要

在矿山矿井下的机电设备运行中,故障检修是保证安全生产的关键环节.人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术的发展,为故障检修提供了技术支持.从基于机器学习和深度学习的故障诊断技术,到AI技术在矿山机电设备故障检修工艺中的融入,详细探讨AI技术在矿山矿井机电设备故障检修中的应用,包括传感器应用、数据采集系统的设计、检修方案的智能生成与优化,并验证技术实现过程,为未来矿山矿井下机电设备故障智能化检修提供技术支持.

Abstract

In the operation of mechanical and electrical equipment under the mine,fault maintenance is the key link to ensure safe production.With the development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,the application in the field of troubleshooting provides technical support.This paper discusses in detail the application of AI technology in troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment in mines,from the fault diagnosis technology based on machine learning and deep learning to the integration of AI technology in the troubleshooting process of electromechanical equipment in mines,including sensor application,data acquisition system design,intelligent generation and optimization of maintenance scheme,and verify the technology realization process,to provide technical support for intelligent maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment faults in mine in the future.
