摘要

研究基于数控技术的金属零部件弹塑形变检测工艺,探讨数控技术在零部件形变检测中的应用.针对金属零部件的特点,提出基于数控技术的金属零部件弹塑形变测量方案,利用数控技术对金属零部件进行弹塑形变检测,并使用改进后的中值滤波算法进行数据处理.该工艺能够准确检测出金属零部件的弹塑形变,提高检测的准确性和稳定性.

Abstract

This paper studies the detection technology of elastic deformation of metal parts based on numerical control technology,and probes into the application of numerical control technology in the deformation detection of parts.According to the characteristics of metal parts,an elastic deformation measurement scheme of metal parts based on numerical control technology is proposed.Numerical control technology is used to detect the elastic deformation of metal parts,and the improved median filtering algorithm is used to process the data.The process can accurately detect the elastic deformation of metal parts and improve the accuracy and stability of detection.
