摘要

设计一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的有轨电车电子机械制动系统,以提高有轨电车的安全性和可靠性.首先详细分析有轨电车电子机械制动系统,其次分析有轨电车制动过程受力情况,包括制动过程和制动弹簧受力,再次提出基于PLC的有轨电车电子机械制动系统总体方案,最后对有轨电车制动力进行测试试验.结果表明,基于PLC的有轨电车电子机械制动系统在制动效果等方面均取得了显著提升,具有很高的实际应用价值.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design a tram electro-mechanical braking system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)to improve the safety and reliability of tram.Firstly,the electronic mechanical braking system of tram is analyzed in detail.Secondly,the braking process of tram is analyzed,including braking process and brake spring force.Then,the overall scheme of electro-mechanical braking system of tram based on PLC is put forward.Finally,the braking force of tram is tested and tested.The results show that the electro-mechanical braking system based on PLC has achieved significant improvement in braking effect and has high practical application value.
