摘要
针对现有预测方法在预测新能源汽车减速器滚动轴承疲劳寿命时存在预测结果与实际寿命相差较大的问题,引入动态状态空间模型,开展新能源汽车减速器滚动轴承疲劳寿命预测研究.建立新能源汽车减速器滚动轴承动态状态空间模型,对模型进行参数训练与学习,利用训练好的模型,完成滚动轴承疲劳寿命趋势预测.实验证明,新的预测方法得到的预测结果更接近实际,预测精度更高.
Abstract
In response to the problem of significant differences between predicted results and actual life of rolling bearings in new energy vehicle reducers using existing prediction methods,a dynamic state space model is introduced to conduct research on fatigue life prediction of rolling bearings in new energy vehicle reducers.The dynamic state space model of rolling bearing for new energy vehicle reducer is established,parameter training and learning of the model is carried out,and fatigue life trend prediction of rolling bearing is completed by using the trained model.Through experiments,it has been proven that the new prediction method produces prediction results that are closer to reality and have higher prediction accuracy.
